The popular and powerful Advanced Topic Prefix mod had been updated. Today, we're releasing the Advanced Topic Prefix Mod v2.1.6 available for SMF 2.0 RC4 (and below) and 1.1.12 (and below). This new version must be installed by all our customers as it fix a little security issue that was discovered by one of our customers, that issue can't compromise any forum; however, it gave the possibility to any user in some cases to change the prefix of any topic, also a little template issue was fixed in SMF 2.0 RC4 in admin panel, nothing serious but was something that required a fix.

Now, this new release comes also with two new awesome features!! those were requested a long time ago, and had been added into the core, the first feature is the new option to change the "Select  Prefix" text in posting to something else from admin panel, in that way you can change that label to something more specific to your website like "O.S, Cell Phone, Computer" and others. In addition to that, we had added the prefix of each topic to the subject of first post.
